You can return any unwanted items to us if they are unused and in their packaging within 30 days of receipt. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be disposed.
*Items returned in non-saleable condition include:
- Swatched/Used (with exception of damaged or faulty items)
- Partially missing items
- Card refunds may take up to 10 business days to complete depending on the bank’s processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this. PayPal refunds are available immediately.

We will acknowledge any email requests within 1 business day. Your request may require research; therefore, we ask that you please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your inquiry completely.
We currently do not offer exchanges at byDr.Poucher except in the case where an item was damaged in shipment/transit, or if an error was made on byDr.Poucher's part during fulfillment. If your items were damaged during shipment/transit, or you experienced a fulfillment error, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. Be sure to provide your order number. If you are seeking an exchange, please follow the return instructions above and place a new order for the product you want.
