How do I create an account?

We’re excited for you to benefit from an account with byDr.Poucher. Click on the Sign Up link at the lower right corner of any page to register, create an account during your initial checkout or CLICK HERE.

I forgot my password and/or user name. What should I do?

Click Forgot Password on the login page HERE and you’ll be directed to enter backup information to access your account.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! The extra cost of shipping - plus the strain on our environment - mean that exchanges and returns of intimate products aren’t in anyone’s best interest. If, for any reason, you’re not absolutely satisfied with your order, please reach out to  info@bydrpoucher.com and we’ll work with you to get it right.  

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available automatically on all orders over $60. The discount will show up in your cart at checkout.

Can I get expedited shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, to be determined at checkout.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Manage and track your order HERE. Typically, standard shipping arrives within six to seven business days.

Can you help with a damaged product?

Rarely, products may be damaged during the shipping process. Please contact CUSTOMER SERVICE and include a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of package receipt so we can quickly rectify your issue.

Do you ship internationally?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express Discover and Apple Pay.

Where are your products made?

All of our products are formulated and crafted in the United States.

How do I submit a return?

Do byDr.Poucher products have expiration dates?

Yes! byDr.Poucher products don’t contain any harsh preservatives - that’s why we recommend that our customers dispose of any remaining product six months after it is first opened.

Do you have gift cards?

byDr.Poucher products are excellent gifts for brides, mothers and anyone who could benefit from elevated intimate care. E-Gift cards are available online with a minimum $25 purchase. Get yours HERE.

Do you offer discount codes or other promotions?

How do I sign up for an Auto-replenish Subscription?

Choose your desired products and delivery frequency during checkout and we'll ensure your products are automatically replenished according to your preferences, which can be adjusted at any time. Subscribers receive 10 percent off their subscription purchases and free shipping on all subscription orders. At this time, subscriptions are only available for US customers.

What are the benefits of Auto-Replenishment?

When will my Auto-replenish subscription be delivered?

Your subscription will be shipped at the frequency you select during checkout. Please allow approximately seven business days for standard delivery, which is free with your subscription.

How can I cancel my Auto-replenish subscription order?

You can cancel at any time by going to the Subscriptions section of your account and clicking Edit. Then select Cancel, then click Save Changes.

What happens if my subscription item is out of stock?

You will be notified of any out of stock items in your subscription. It will be sent to you as soon as it is back in stock and no charges will be incurred during the waiting period.

Do you offer samples or trial-size products?

We like the way you think! We’re working on this now. Follow us on social media for updates.

Can any of your products cause reproductive harm?

Your health, comfort and safety are our top priorities. None of our products contain any

ingredients that have been shown to cause reproductive harm.

Are all your products vegetarian?

Yes, all of our products are vegetarian, gluten free, paraben free, cruelty free, paraffin free, sulfate free and hormone free.

Are your products tested on animals?

The entire byDr.Poucher line has been thoroughly tested in our labs, medical practice and on women - never animals.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes, all of our products are vegetarian, gluten free, paraben free, cruelty free, paraffin free, sulfate free, phthalate free and hormone free.

Do your products contain soy?

We do not have soy in any of our products. All of our products are vegetarian, gluten free, paraben free, cruelty free, paraffin free, sulfate free and hormone free.

Are all products paraben and sulfate free?

We do not use paraben or sulfates in any of our products.

Are all products free from synthetic fragrance?

Yes. The light, fresh scent of our products comes courtesy of skin-loving essential oils.

Are your products estrogen free?

Yes, all products are estrogen and hormone free.

Are the products safe for all skin types?

Yes, our products have been tested in our medical practice and have been shown to be safe for all skin types.

Where can I find a list of ingredients?

You’ll find each product’s complete ingredient list on its packaging as well as on the individual product page.

What temperature should I store my products?

For best results, we recommend storing your byDr.Poucher products at room temperature in a dry space away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

What is full-spectrum CBD?

A full-spectrum CBD product contains multiple beneficial cannabis plant extracts, including essential oils and other cannabinoids, such as cannabidiol.  Full-spectrum CBD products may also contain up to 0.3% of tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the cannabinoid in the cannabis plant that produces the :high” feeling in people.  However, such a low amount is not strong enough to have significant intoxication effects.

How much CBD is in the full-spectrum formula?

30-35 mg per bottle.

Can CBD cause psychoactive effects or get you “high?”

CBD should not be confused with THC; CBD has no psychoactive effects. Studies show that CBD can have a calming, soothing effect when applied topically.

Is CBD safe for children or pregnant women?

While CBD is considered safe for most applications, only your licensed healthcare provider can accurately determine whether CBD is right for you. Consult your doctor prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, currently taking any medications or are under the age of 18.

What are the best products for pregnant customers?

The Everywhere Balm, Foaming Wash, Soothing Spritzer and On the Go Wipes and Wonderful Wipes can make pregnancy a more comfortable and positive experience.

What are the benefits of having CBD in the Splendid Spritzer?

Topical use of CBD has been shown to relieve anxiety, help with sleep and promote healing. While many of our customers have shared similar results after use of our Splendid Spritzer, our products are not labeled for medicinal use and the byDr.Poucher brand makes no such claims.

Can I use Splendid Spritzer while breastfeeding?

Please consult a licensed healthcare professional before use if you are  pregnant/breastfeeding, are currently taking medications or are under the age of 18.

Is it safe to use Everywhere Balm inside my vaginal opening or is it for external use only?

The Everywhere Balm is for… everywhere! Using a clean finger, apply the product first to your fingertip, then gently swipe the Everywhere Balm wherever your body craves more moisture, but do not ingest. Clients report that application of the Everywhere Balm on the interior of the labia makes intercourse and tampon insertion more comfortable.

Which product is best for irritated skin?

The Everywhere Balm and Soothing Spritzer can calm irritated skin. Those suffering from hemorrhoids will appreciate the soft texture and soothing formula of our Wonderful Wipes as well as the Everywhere Balm.

Do any of byDr.Poucher products help with atrophy?

Vaginal atrophy can make intimacy uncomfortable. By using the Everywhere Balm consistently, natural moisture levels of the vagina can be restored. The Everywhere Balm can also be used as a lubricant during sex. For quick relief of discomfort after intercourse or to replenish moisture anytime, choose our Soothing Spritzer.

Are byDr.Poucher products pH balanced?

Yes, all byDr.Poucher products have been tested in our labs and medical practice to be just the right pH for the health and wellness of your most intimate parts.

What is Prop 65 and does it affect my byDr.Poucher purchase?

Prop 65 is a warning for consumers in California regarding the use of certain

essential oils. None of our byDr.Poucher products include any of the essential oils in question.

What is byDr.Poucher’s privacy policy? 

We value you as a customer; we will not share or sell your information to anyone.

How can I make changes to my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details and product selection are correct. byDr.Poucher cannot be held responsible for any errors in orders submitted with incorrect information.

What is your exchange policy?

A product is missing from my order. What do I do?

If a product is missing from your delivered order, please complete the CONTACT US form within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We’ll be happy to assist you.

Are your products vegan?

All byDr.Poucher products, with the exception of our Everywhere Balm, are vegan. The

Everywhere Balm’s ingredients include honey, which has beneficial antibacterial and moisturizing properties.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed or accommodate any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before you place your order, please confirm that all of your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card details, and product selection is correct.

How do I manage my subscriptions?

You can manage your subscription by visiting the SUBSCRIPTIONS section of your account and clicking Manage.

Where can I buy byDr.Poucher products?

How can I reach your customer service team?

Can I skip a subscription delivery?

Yes, you can update your subscription preferences by visiting the SUBSCRIPTIONS section of your Account and clicking Manage. You can skip a delivery or select a new timeframe and then click Save Changes.

How many days prior to my subscription date can I make changes?

Please revise your subscription at least three business days before your subscription delivery date to make changes.

How do I use the Everywhere Balm?

byDr.Poucher’s Everywhere Balm is for… everywhere! Thoroughly tested in our labs and medical practice, Everywhere Balm can be used to moisturize both sets of lips, on the vagina or bum, and to prevent and moisturize chafed skin. Always apply the Everywhere Balm with a clean finger. When using Everywhere Balm on intimate areas, use a clean finger to gently swipe the product on irritated skin. Everywhere Balm can be used on and in the vagina for after-intercourse care; postpartum soothing; and as an intimate lubricant.

How do I use the Soothing Spritzer?

Spritz generously all over the body for a quick, light, moisturizing pick-me-up that smells great! Spritz on the vaginal area post wax, post surgery, post baby or post sex for instant relief of discomfort or use it before intimacy to feel fresh and confident.  

How do I use the Splendid Spritzer?

Spritz generously all over the body for a quick, light, moisturizing pick-me-up that smells great or when you need to calm anxiety or promote healing. Spritz on the vaginal area post wax, post surgery, post baby or post sex for instant relief of discomfort or use it before intimacy to feel fresh and confident. Splendid Spritzer’s CBD formulation gives the added benefit of a calming effect in addition to promoting healing.

Will byDr.Poucher products irritate my sensitive intimate skin?

All byDr.Poucher products have been crafted and thoroughly tested in our lab and medical practice to calm and soothe your most intimate areas. In fact, they were designed for the vagina so you can confidently nurture and nourish your private parts.

What is Shop Pay?

Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that allows customers to save their email address, credit card, shipping and billing information. Use Shop Pay to save you time at check out.

How do I update my payment method for my subscription?

You can update your payment method by visiting the SUBSCRIPTIONS section of your Account and clicking Manage. From there, you can make changes to your payment method. Be sure to click Save Changes after updating the payment information.

Can the Everywhere Balm help with my herpes outbreak?

The Everywhere Balm is not for use with herpes. Do not use byDr.Poucher products on your herpes outbreak.  Herpes treatments should only be recommended by your licensed healthcare provider. byDr.Poucher is unable to provide medical advice and our products are not intended for medicinal use.
